Tell us about yourself
I was born in Portugal. My background is IT but presently I am in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management field. I am a very pro-active person and I am always looking for the next challenge.
Why are you interested in service design?
I had my first contact with service design when I was studying Innovation Management at University of Strathclyde (UK). There I had the opportunity to learn about Lean Services, Design Thinking, and Systems Thinking. That experience allowed me to understand how well designed services can deliver added value to the customers. I strongly believe that this area has a huge potential for this in our modern world and I want to be part of it.
