I work as a Marketing Manager for 6 car franchise dealerships. I created a basic customer map for our CRM program and then starting reading into more information about it and it lead me to Service Deign.
Why are you interested in service design?
Service Design has been something I was interested in but didn't realise it was an actual field. To me it's just common sense, through an ever increasing transactional environment, competing through price is primitive, competing through creating a user experience and guiding a consumer through a journey back to re-purchase is the key.
