Tell us about yourself: I am currently an industrial design masters student at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. On this, my final semester, I am working with system services and in my search to get deeper into the field and get a broader understanding, I find this community to be a great opportunity.

Why are you interested in service design?: As industrial designer you can't just make isolated products without considering the context, environment and under this, the services, stakeholders, touch points and so on in regards to manufacturing, distribution, use and end of life of life management.
