I'm an enthusiastic new resident of Melbourne, eager to involve myself in the global design community.
I play jazz guitar, I love the Arts and good conversation, and I have recently quit drinking coffee (so I smdont know how I'll be able to do anything at all henceforth).
Why are you interested in service design?
I'm an industrial designer, hospitality manager and academic of Design-Led Innovation.
Service design is DEFINITELY a big part of what I do.
