Tell us about yourself: I thrive on improving organisations and the lives of the people inside these structures by introducing them to the concepts of Service Design, Social Media, Cloud Computing, Social CRM all from a customer centric perspective. I have a passion to help organisations realise the value of the individual which make up the company as well as the market.

Why are you interested in service design?: I am interestged in the art of Service Design as I believe its the way to articulate the organsations story while taking all actors on the journey to achieve a common vision.
