Tell us about yourself: I'm a learning and change facilitator. I help individuals and teams grow, with capabilities in knowing, changing, learning and generating. I believe in making small changes that can have a profound impact on individuals and the contexts in which they work.

Why are you interested in service design?: I use design thinking in my work. Service design is an emerging field that, in my view, gives form to design thinking for things that are less tangible. And has useful knowledge to apply in many learning and changing situations.
