Tell us about yourself
I'm a Business Improvement Manager in the Aged Care Industry. My role is focused around improving processes for efficiency within Community Aged Care and in overseeing the succesful transition/integration of new Aged Care facilities into our business.
Why are you interested in service design?
I have a personal interest in a range of service businesses from the ski industry to the aviation industry to Aged & Health Care industries. In particular I'm interested in design innovation in an environment where there is in Ageing population of people requiring care & fewer qualified people to look after them. Innovative Service Design will be critical in sustaining care.
