I'm a Lead Service Designer for REA Group, previously a Client Services Manager for a SAS company where i was in charge of Training, Web Design, Implementation, Call Center and Admin. I'm passionate about Lean Thinking, Customer Experience Management, Change Management, Closed Loop Feedback Systems, Net Promoter Score, Design Thinking, Lean Manufacturing.
Why are you interested in service design?
I'm interested in Service Design because it's co-creative, iterative and combines allot of the subjects which i've enjoyed exploring over the last few years.
