Hi Di.

I'm not aware that there are anything that is on service design in an Australian context so I'm also curious too. You might want to message Vanja or Zaana who is doing a PhD in Melbourne and are looking at service design. I know they've talked to a few consultancies in Australia etc - so they might have something they could share? Otherwise, Soumitri writes quite a lot on Service Design - you could try messaging him - he's also on the network. I've presented a paper at the SD conference in Norway in 2009, which framed a project in service design - and I discuss a little bit about the context of SD in Australia in there - the link to it is here:

Just by chance this morning I came across 'Radical Redesign' by TACSI. This sounds like an interesting case study in an Australian context. You can download their papers here.
