Open Workshop (Sydney) with Global Service Jam initiators

Hi Guys,

I thought I'd pop up here to invite you all to a workshop coming up in a couple of weeks.

The two guys behind the Global Service Jam - that's Markus Hormess and me - will be giving an open workshop in Sydney, showing our weird and wonderful service design toolset. Damian Kernahan of Protopartners is kindly organising this evet:
