Latest Activity: Apr 18, 2012
We're hosting a workshop on methods and tools, geared towards those who might be 'new' to Service Design. Two of our SD network stalwarts - Harriet Wakelam (NAB Immersion and Design Centre) and Mark Strachan (Lecturer at Swinburne University), with their immense experience and knowlege of the area, will be facilitating this workshop. They will guide the participants through a 'quick and nimble' taster of a Service Design process.
This workshop is a hands-on event so come along for a fun and educational evening! Those who might like a 'refresher' on methods/tools will enjoy this event too.
Coinciding with this event, we will be launching resources page on the Service Design Network that gathers a collection of methods and case studies from Australia that have been generously shared by a variety of service design practitioners. As you'll see, this growing resource plays a valuable role to furthering our understanding of service design.
Please RSVP - and look forward to seeing you there!
