Event Description

We are very happy to announce that Marc Stickdorn, co-author of the black book, This is Service Design Thinking will be coming out to play with us in Melbourne! He is very keen to meet with SDNM members, so we hope you can come along to take part in a lively, thought-provoking gathering.

His talk will be a short intro of his work and the broader context of service design in business. Majority of the evening will be spent on informal discussions led by audience questions.

Biography:

Marc lectures service design & innovation at the MCI in Austria and guest-lectures at various international business and design schools. With a background in strategic management and marketing, he consults companies and public organisations. Marc is initiator and editor of “This is Service Design Thinking”, created research tools like “myServiceFellow” or the “Customer Journey Canvas” and coordinates multinational research projects on the further development of service design thinking.

Anyone who is keen to talk further with Marc - we're going out for drinks afterwards, so please stick around...! I think we'll go to The Order of Melbourne, which is on Swanston Street, across the road from RMIT.
