Huddle is innovating its business model from being a traditional agency to a new freelancer and space based model. We would like to work with you over the next four weeks to design the following things:
1. The service model.
2. The business model.
We want to do this with people who are interested in participating in this type of model going forward, but also want to be involved in the creation of it. We think this might be you...
We will be running a rapid service design process involving the following approach:
1. Research (Week 1)
2. Service Modelling (Week 2)
3. Business Modelling (Week 3)
4. Finalising (Week 4)
The designed business will start operating in the 1st week of September, 2012.
The outcome we imagine is a space filled with exceptional people who are passionate about what they do. Huddle attracts strategic service design projects and will bring these projects to the space, making these opportunities accessible to freelancers. We will also be providing training and support to build the capability within this emerging industry.
We are really excited to be designing a new model to deliver this type of work to industry, and to be working with you (the potential participants) to create something meaningful.
